CMS - Nestle

We were hired by a consultancy firm to provide UX for an in-house content management system.
The goal of the app was for quick reporting of public news that concerned the company (Nestle).
We again aimed for speed, simplicity and limited actions, to encourage easy reporting.

Super fast

It took less than 60 seconds to report something to the right people.

Clever bank

It was easy to log in and see your notifications+dashboard, including summaries for quick actions.

Limited ability in- app

By restricting how much the user could do, we made it incredibly easy and quick to report something. This was definitely a win for less-is-more.

Meetings an organising can cost a lot of time and money, especially to large organisations.
By offering such a quick to use platform, the client could run more effectively, and spend less time talking about actions, and just clarifying direction instead.

There were only four steps to complete a report.

The reporting app was kept deliberately tight and small.

Actions are so quick an repetitive, that the user becomes faster the more they use the app, providing a sense of mastery and increasing retention.

It takes a lot of time to write a lot of emails, it takes no time to click on keywords.

A simple report is available to read before sending to the relevant people.
